What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We bake all of our pies from scratch, in a kitchen that is exclusively gluten-free. It’s made fresh within a day of pickup.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Our most popular pie is the pecan. We use our special house-made crust and fill it up with our delicious pecan and caramelized brown sugar mixture. It’s always a hit.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I’ve always loved to bake. It’s a passion of mine. This business is a great way to share my passion.
What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most are the reactions of the customers.
