Q:

Hi there, DK if I am asking this of the right person. I would like to buy six tickets. When I go to buy, there are only options for two, four or six people. How do I add two tickets? Do I have to use my credit card in two separate transactions?

Lizabeth B.  asked on  Dec 16, 2012

A:

In order to buy for six, you would need to buy a four person deal and a two person deal. The only way groupon lets you do this is two separate transactions.

Q:

Read your website and children under 6 are free. What's the age limit to be aboard? I have a 4 and 1y.o.

Veronica  asked on  Dec 13, 2012

A:

Children Age 6 and Under are welcome aboard our vessels. It is the perfect family activity for all ages, with no age limits. Children are not free with the Groupon Voucher. In order to receive this extreme discount, everyone must be covered by a voucher. Children age 6 and Under is a discount which is received when purchasing tickets at full price. Our policy states that we do not allow double discounts.

Q:

Hi there, Two questions: do I have to make a reservation when I make the purchase? I'd like to purchase 6 tickets as family Christmas presents and not spoil the fun by asking the group ahead of time. Secondly, any discount for a purchase of six?

Lizabeth B.  asked on  Dec 16, 2012

A:

No, you do not need to make a reservation upon purchase. You need only call us two weeks in advance of the day you would like to go. Our full cruising calendar is available at capemaywhalewatcher.com/calendar.htm. At this time, we do not offer any additional savings over and above this daily deal. This offer is as good as it gets.

Q:

Will you organize a New Year Eve whale and dolphin watch tour? All 4 of us would love to include it in our NYC trip (coming from Europe just for few days)

eva  asked on  Dec 14, 2012

A:

We will not be organizing a New Years Eve Whale and Dolphin Watch. The only way we could have a trip like this in our off season would be a private charter. A trip like this would cost $5000. To book a private charter please email info@capemaywhalewatcher.com.

Q:

It says selected weekends November through May but says it isn't valid for 7/3/13-7/5/13. then says expires August 31 kind of confusing what r the actual dates you can and can't use it

Alicia T.  asked on  Dec 13, 2012

A:

The groupon voucher may be redeemed on any of our regularly scheduled whale and dolphin watches up until the expiration date. The only dates that the voucher is not valid are as follows: 5/25/2013. 5/26/2013, 5/27/2013 or Memorial Day Weekend and 7/3/2013, 7/4/2013. and 7/5/2013 or Independence Day Holidays. Our Calendar of available dates can be viewed at capemaywhalewatcher.com/calendar.htm. I am not sure why it says selected weekends. It is not selected weekends. We start on the weekends in March and run through December. It is typically too cold prior to this.
