Extra $10/window fee for extra windows; extra fee for storm windows, skylights, abnormally-sized windows, screen removal, and gutter cleaning for larger than 1 story homes. Valid for 1 or 2 story houses only. Extra fee applies if out of service area. Number of windows cleaned on 2nd story of house cannot exceed number cleaned on 1st story. Weather permitting.
