Q&A with Trevor, Trainer/Co-Owner
Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We design a fitness program that is challenging and fun. Exercising in a group atmosphere develops fun friendly competitions.
Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?
At our gym, we realize that everyone comes from a different athletic background. We try to encourage members to try as hard as they can, but to keep proper form and technique. We can take pride that our current members are awesome; they help motivate others and foster support during a difficult conditioning session.
Has your business won any awards?
We were voted in the top 50 gyms in Sacramento by KCRA Channel 3 A-List after being open for just six months .
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We are a hybrid gym, focusing on Olympic lifting and general strength and conditioning.
