From Memorial Day through Labor Day, tours depart daily from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., with groups leaving every hour from Washington Harbor. The 45-minute tours are accompanied by an interesting historical narration that reveals, among other things, which president played on the 2006 Oakland Raiders.
