Car was generally clean but definitely missed some spots in nooks and crannies. Also windows weren’t cleaned (wiped down) post wash.

Lousy, Lazy and Oblivious Service
I dropped off my car at 8 am on April 14, 2022 for a FULL DETAILING SERVICE (the most expensive one they provide). I called at around 2 pm and was told my car was going to be ready in 30 minutes. I came over at 4 pm and they told me it was READY so I should’ve inspected it for being good before I left.
The back mirror and all under it was DIRTY, centre console box and the glove box were DIRTY, mirrors and windshield glass - GREASY. They said they were sorry and were to fix it. In 5 minutes they said it was done and asked me to look again. The glove box was STILL DIRTY and the windshield glass STILL GREASY! How OBLIVIOUS/LAZY should one be to miss that one it’s a FULL DETAILING SERVICE?!
Once they finally fixed missed spots, they asked me again if it was ok. At this point I was being late for work so I told them to just give me the keys so I could finally leave. They said the keys were inside. I started driving away and my car was yelling «KEY NOT DETECTED»! I had to pull back and ask for the keys! It took them a few minutes to find them!
Finally, when I was driving I noticed that the rearview mirror was FULL OF WATER STAINS as well as the sunroof on the inside!
Overall, the impression of their job was LOUSY, LAZY and OBLIVIOUS! Totally NOT WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY spent! This is NOT what a FULL DETAILING SERVICE should be like! Totally unacceptable!
DO yourself a FAVOR and GO ELSEWHERE!
