Q:

To clarify my earlier question - if I buy the 2-class option, can I use both of the vouchers in combination (at one time) to do the Wire Bootcamp, as it is essentially a couple of classes combined (instead of doing two separate classes)? And since the cost of that is $60, it would be like purchasing 2 classes under $35 each. Make sense?

Robyn F.  asked on  Mar 13, 2013

A:

Hello Robyn! Thank you so much for your interest in our store and classes. In regards to your question, you CANNOT combine two groupons for one class. You may use one and pay the difference of the class. The groupon deal you purchase may only be used ONE per class. Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you in one of our classes. If you have any further question please feel free to call us at 773-248-9555.

Q:

How can I buy one for myself and one for a friend? bvmckenzie@hotmail.com

Barbara M.  asked on  Mar 9, 2013

A:

To purchase a Groupon as a gift, select the deal from your daily email or directly on www.groupon.com, and then click the blue "Give as a Gift" link under the "Buy" button. Fill in the gift message and recipient information in the "Gift Options" pop-up window (the message will be displayed if you choose to send the gift via email). Click save, then fill in your payment information and click "Confirm Order".

If you want to purchase gifts for multiple people or place an additional order for yourself, you will have to make separate transactions. Please note that we include the purchase price on all Groupons (including gifts) so that they can be redeemed for that amount after the expiration date. This is required by expiration laws and simplifies the post-expiration redemption process for customers and businesses. Hope that helps!

If you ever have an issue redeeming your Groupon, please contact our Customer Service Department by clicking here or calling us at 877-788-7858. We'll be happy to help!
