One more question, I am looking to lose weight and get back into shape after an injury - I have a injury to my back and both legs…is this exercise ok to do or is it high impact?

We always recommend to have your physician's approval to workout after any injury. If cleared for exercise, Cardio Barre is a no impact workout. There should be no jarring of the body/joints. We have had many clients with back and knee injuries successfully take our classes. This is a great workout to help burn calories, strengthen your body, and increase flexibility...all with no impact movements. Thanks again for the question!
