How beginner are your beginner classes? At the moment, I'm pretty out of shape and I've never been very flexible.

Cardio Barre offers 3 different class levels: Intro, Beginner, and Advanced. Every class, regardless of level, is an hour long. The Intro class breaks down the movements at a very basic and instructional level. This is a great class for people who are just starting to exercise or are injured. Most clients who take the Intro class only attend one time and then move on to the Beginner class. Overall, most client's first class is the Beginner level. The Beginner class still offers form/technique descriptions and visual examples, but moves at a faster pace (allowing for more cardio and strength conditioning than the Intro class). Whichever class you choose to attend, we always recommend going at your own pace (if needed). Always focus on form/technique over speed, and if you need to take a break then take a break.
