What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We have been operating in Israel for 25 years and saw an opportunity to bring a new laser hair removal experience to the US. We believe in transparency and offer a one-of-a-kind STAR-payment system that allows our customers to transfer treatments between body areas or to a friend or relative.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Some customers come in with low self-esteem due to excessive hair growth. When we remove their unwanted hair in an efficient, cost-effective and pain-free way, we have been told by many customers that their treatment results have given them more confidence. Having smooth, sexy skin just feels good.
