Carlos is a great stylist who will work with your budget and achieve styles that you want flawlessly. I added on a haircut and some extra highlights and he made it look amazing!!! It looked better than I thought it would and having him as a stylist was great in itself he was very professional but also such a sweet soul and he made you feel at home🩷
