Carmine's Italian Kitchen
Born in New York’s Little Italy neighborhood, Carmine Fazzolari grew up on his mother’s Italian recipes. Those recipes were just too good to keep in the family, so Carmine opened Carmine's Italian Kitchen to share them with the world. These days, he can usually be found in the kitchen, layering tomato sauce and mozzarella over chicken breasts or tucking a blend of four cheeses into ravioli and manicotti pasta tubes. Carmine and his staff also hand-toss massive pizza crusts before dressing them with toppings or, after the restaurant closes for the night, using them to construct fun pizza forts.
