What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I previously worked at a garage door company that charged very high prices. At the time I didn't know they were tricking customers and lying to get sales. I decided to quit and start my own garage business and charge a fraction of the price the big companies [charge]. I don't believe in tricking people into sales.

What do you love most about your job?
The freedom and the sense of pride you get from building your business on good terms.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I had a gentleman call me back a day later after a job just to sincerely thank me again for the work I did at the price, and [he said] that he would definitely refer me business.
