They did an amazing job. My carpet definitely looks like new. I opted for the deodorize and sanitize service because I have dogs. The smell was immediately gone. I am so glad I purchased this service and I will definitely be using this company again.

Honestly, I guess I got what I paid for. Wasn't even here that long when they finally showed up, wasn't professional and I had to keep calling to get an idea of when they were even showing up. Still have stains in the carpet

Very bad service didn’t clean carpet at all. Please don’t waste your money them. They came and left my house with in ten minutes and my carpet looks horrible now it’s worst then before I have no idea what they did.

They are not professional. When I called to make my appointment they asked for my voucher number to separate the day, 10 days before the appointment I received and email from Groupon to review the service. I called the company to ask them why the lady said that I don’t need to worry they still have me on schedule. They didn’t call me one day before to confirm, I had to call them the same day to make sure they will come. They supposed to arrive before 7:pm and at 7:45 they guy said that he is in the wrong address. I requested a refund and they been turning around . Thanks to Groupon support I got credits for future purchase. DONT BUY, I found out with my coworker that you can rent a machine at store for less than $40.00 and do it yourself !
