Be cautious and aware when purchasing these deals. I specifically called beforehand to see if there was an extra charge for fourth floor service. I was told "no." Then, my tenant was charged extra because evidently the portable machine isn't as strong as the truck machine and thus, "power scrubbing" was necessary. Huh? I called a representative who at one point went as far to say that technically, the Company wasn't required to do the service at the Groupon rate because my tenant was the one receiving the service (even though I paid for the Groupon). While he was reasonably professional in our discussions, it was clear that in my opinion, my satisfaction as a customer was not a priority and the conversation quickly became unproductive.
