We had so much fun. And we learned so much. We couldn't have had a better time or asked for a better teacher. There isn't a better cooking class in New Orleans.

Definitely best part of our New Orleans trip. Karen is knowledgeable and easy-going. We not only learned how to make some DELICIOUS dishes but also learned a lot useful knowledge in cooking in general. If we go back again, will definitely consider staying at the Bed & Breakfast.

Karen was absolutely my very favorite part of our visit to New Orleans. From the moment you walk into her lovely home she makes you feel like family. She was so very informative and made our cooking class way more than just about food. It was a science class filled with love, drinks, laughter and food. I can’t wait to come back and see her again. This is a MUST when you visit NOLA!!!

It was one of the best experiences I have had in a cooking class. Chef Karen is very knowledgeable and wants to pass on the information if you have an interest. I would say our class was full of foodies and we loved every minute.
