I am 65 years old in good health but in lousy condition. Will the beginner/beginners class be appropriate for me?

Although there aren't really any classes that are called "beginner". We do have classes suited to meet the needs of people who are beginners to fitness. I would recommend our 7:30pm classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings. The instructor is medium intensity and low impact (which means NO jumping). Also, ALL of our instructors are great about showing participants modifications that can be done if a movement is too challenging. The idea is to have fun and keep moving!
