Casita Del Campo
Before he opened the doors to Casita Del Campo in 1962, Rudy del Campo was a successful dancer on Broadway and in Las Vegas. In fact, he was one of The Sharks in the film adaptation of West Side Story, a role immortalized in memorabilia scattered throughout the restaurant. Those mementos, along with original works of Latin art and other colorful decorations, have helped Casita Del Campo maintain its party-like atmosphere for more than 50 years.
Inside the festive dining room or outside on one of the flower-peppered patios, visitors feast upon authentic Mexican cuisine, including chicken, beef, or shrimp fajitas—the restaurant's most-requested dish. The enchiladas are popular, too: the enchiladas mole poblano, for instance, features a special sauce crafted from 15 different ingredients. Between bites, diners can also sip on refreshing handmade margaritas made with fresh lime juice.
