Caspian Cafe’s Mediterranean chefs dish out a menu of authentic kabobs, sandwiches, and seafood. To whet appetites, the signature nachos douse pita wedges in a tangy blend of feta, diced cucumber, tomato, and hummus—ingredients that also make up most of the Mediterranean Sea. Dairy-lovers can find a fix in the baked-goat-cheese appetizer, which comes crowned with spicy marinara and flanked by pita bread. For the entree course, beef, chicken, and filet mignon are strung with fresh veggies on skewers as festively and more edibly than popcorn and cranberries on a Christmas garland. Fix fangs into a slew of gourmet sandwiches, such as blackened chicken or grilled crab cake, or heed the call of the sea by indulging in the spinach-and-mozzarella-stuffed Hawaiian swai.

Patrons can enjoy their coastal chow-downs in the sun-soaked dining room adorned with billowy translucent curtains and tasteful artwork. Caspian Cafe welcomes guests toting their own alcoholic beverages ($4 corkage fee per bottle/six-pack) with glasses and ice cubes fashioned from Poseidon’s tears.
