Q:

What is included in the multi-point inspection?

Jodi G.  asked on  Nov 1, 2012

A:

Hi Jodi, We used to call it a 25 point inspection but because we check so many more things now then we used to we decided to call it Multi-Point. Some of the top things we check are all of your tires for tread, wear and any road damage. We check all of your fluids, shocks & struts, tie rods, ball joints and control arms. Tire Pressure Monitor System, All Filters, Coolant hoses, All of your lamps and lights, battery, brakes & rotors. That is just to name a few. One of our Sales Representatives at any of our stores would be more than happy to show you one of our tech sheets when you visit our locations. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you!

Q:

In the deal it mentions up to 5 quarts of oil but didn't metion anything about the oil filter, which is essential to an oil change. Is the oil filter included in the oil change packaage or will that be an additinal charge?

earl s.  asked on  Nov 1, 2012

A:

HI Earl, Sorry about the delay. That is a great question. Yes, a conventional oil filter is included in the package.

Q:

What is synthetic oil and what are its advantages?

Joan M.  asked on  Nov 1, 2012

A:

Synthetic oil last longer and costs more but you will only need to change your oil once every 7500 miles (approximately). There are many benefits to using Synthetic Oil: better fuel economy and better operating range within your engine (will run better in extreme heat and extreme cold). If your car has always used Synthetic oil it should continue to use it. You can change from using regular oil to using Synthetic oil but it is not recommended for older vehicles. I hope this answers your question. Please let me know if you have any other questions! Thank you, Joan!
