We provide a peaceful and relaxing yet invigorating atmosphere where our guests can escape, unwind, rid themselves of the stresses in their lives, and find inner balance. We are dedicated to providing a unique experience to every one of our guests that will be affordable and of high standards.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was drawn to aesthetics because of my own struggles with problematic skin. Because of my own insecurities due to my skin, this inspired me to help others with their skincare concerns. Along the way I discovered a passion for body waxing. This is the stepping stone to starting Catalaya.

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people, helping clients address their skincare concerns, making them feel pampered and relaxed, seeing them leave with less stress and a smile on their face. Also I love waxing services—I live for it!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We get compliments on how beautiful and elegant the salon and spa is. Clients also take notice of how clean and sanitary our facility is. Also, how friendly our staff is, and they love the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
