Catch of the Day!'s product list includes fresh fish like wild tilapia and organic king salmon, as well as flash-frozen fish that are iced right on the boat to preserve vital flavors and juices. The company also maintains an extensive list of other seafood, with selections ranging from include digby scallops and green shell mussels to black tiger prawns and hulking rock lobster tails. The team prides itself in selling the majority of its local fresh catch—90% which is caught from the wild— to local businesses.
