The place is nice, clean and inviting. Chloe is very friendly, sweet and knowledgeable on my treatment (laser tattoo removal). She ensured that I understood that it takes several sessions to see complete removal results (depending on how well my skin takes to the laser and the colour of the tattoo). Session was quick. She did offer numbing cream but she said the sensation would be the same with or without so I opted for no. I've previously went to a different place to have a tattoo laser session and the experience was very different. I did numbing cream at the other place and it felt the same as Chloe's without the numbing cream. Chloe's laser machine was less painful (feels like someone is flicking a rubber band on your skin multiple times at a very fast rate). I really enjoyed my session. Thank you Chloe!
