What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We love serving San Francisco and it’s visitors our organic coffee, globally influenced California cuisine, hand crafted sodas, and beer and wine from local producers! All meats are vegetarian fed, hormone/antibiotic free. We use grass fed beef and air chilled poultry, and organic, local, produce.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Roxie’s Chicken is our favorite! We take a Petaluma chicken thigh, & brine w/ buttermilk & spices. Then, we bread the chicken in hand ground corn tortilla crumbs, fry it crisp, and dust it with our handcrafted “nacho cheese”, top it with pepperjack, and serve with guacamole and salt-vinegar fries.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
CDXX is the culmination of 15 years worth of hopes, dreams, and the love of fine food. We look forward to serving San Francisco and it’s visitors our organic coffee, globally influenced California cuisine, hand crafted sodas, and micro brewed beer and wine from local producers!
What do you love most about your job?
Being part of people who are enjoying their meals, and bringing a smile to someones face!
