They returned my call quickly and I was scheduled the next day. Both ladies were very nice and professional. They did a good enough job, but I think this groupon is over priced for a regular cleaning (that turned out to be 1.5 hours).

This was the first time I've ever hired a cleaning service so I didn't know what to expect. They were actually early which wasn't a problem. I think they were intimidated by the size of my house but I wasn't asking them to clean everything. My son and his family recently moved out so two of my four bedrooms are empty. Only thing that needed attention was base boards and vacuum. I really just needed the two and half bathrooms and kitchen attended too. The kitchen was cleaned pretty good but I don't think they used chrome cleaner on anything. It was a lot of streets. My glass was not cleaned with glass cleaner. I guess the patio doors would be included in a deep clean. The shower in my master bathroom was not cleaned well. I appreciate the three ladies working there best but that's why I tried groupon to save money and try a few services.

This is the second time I've tried to use this Groupon and it keeps showing up as redeemed when it isn't. I just lost money for no reason.
