What do you love most about your job? To help people that lack the knowledge in the cell phone industry.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? A customer came into our store expecting to pay $150 for his repair, instead, he left with a brand new Samsung s5 and he was very thankful that we gave our input to not invest in an old phone rather upgrade his phone.
