Doctor determines eligibility during consultation, then may inject up to 40 [units] of wrinkle-reducing Botox. Additional units $12/unit. We will service clients 12+ years old, under 16 must have a parent present in the room of service, and under 18 must have parental signature. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy on all appointments. 5 min late we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but service will be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment please call Celsius Medspa. Consultation required before service. If you are ineligible, a refund will be provided. Not valid with other offers or promotions. Limit 1 per visit. Not valid with insurance.
