What You'll Get
Taking care of your teeth can seem like a chore, but it’s nothing compared to flossing the scuba divers out of a whale's baleen. with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $1,999 for one dental implant (up to a $5,809 value)
- $3,499 for two dental implants (up to an $11,318 value)
Dental implants attached to crowns fill in for missing teeth. During the first visit, Dr. Michael Nishime assesses teeth and jaws using x-rays and 3-D CT scans. The doctor then installs the metal implant into the jaw during a second visit and performs a follow-up check two weeks later to see how things are progressing. It can take up to six months for the implant to fuse to the jaw. Once it has healed, the doctor takes impressions for the crown and attaches an abutment to the implant. Three to four weeks later, the doctor attaches the crown to the abutment to complete the new, natural-looking smile.

About The Center for Implant and Esthetic Dentistry
As the sole board-certified implantologist in Hawaii, Dr. Michael Nishime attracts a steady procession of patients seeking to have their flawed grins rebuilt. But that isn’t the only thing he does at The Center for Implant and Esthetic Dentistry. He also tends to smiles with other surgical procedures, including bone grafting, apicoectomy, and wisdom-teeth extraction, as well as general dentistry, Invisalign, and teeth whitening. No matter what treatment patients get, Dr. Nishime believes they should be comfortable, and so he offers nitrous oxide, pill sedation, and recordings of pan-flute music to quell anxiety.
