Master Trainer Adam Hubbard draws on his experience training professional athletes to help clients meet their fitness and nutritional goals. Adam kicks off personal-training regimens with a fitness assessment, which sizes up body fat, BMI, physical endurance, muscle strength, and blood pressure. Together, Adam and his clients develop a personalized program that combines weight training and cardio exercises with nutrition counseling to increase strength and maximize results while preventing the monotony that plagues most fitness routines and vigilante justice seekers. Clients track their progress by measuring results regularly, allowing for any necessary adjustments to the program.
Adam also marshals clients through calorie-melting Navy SEAL group boot camps in Conway or in North Little Rock at Burns Park. After an initial BMI assessment, groups of up to 50 clients bond through team-building exercises and super-glue-reinforced trust falls before breaking off into smaller factions to improve individual fitness techniques, including specialized moves culled from Adam’s experience as a SEAL Fit instructor. Each boot-camp session is designed to better whole-body fitness, rallied on by the collective grunting of a motivational group setting. Boot-camp clients must bring their own mats and weights.
