Q:

So the fitness evaluation is required prior to attending classes? Is there a fee for that? After the fitness evaluation is completed, I would just show up to any of the class times offered? Thanks

Tim G.  asked on  Feb 13, 2013

A:

Hi Tim, The fitness evaluation is required prior to attending the strongman session. That is included in the groupon deal, so there is no additional fee. The eval can be scheduled M-F during our clinic hours. After the evaluation you may show up to any time offered, but you need to schedule ahead of time because classes are limited to 5-6 people per session.
