Great experience. Know that your time starts counting once you sign the paper not when the bikes are ready. Is very close to the park entrance. They do give you a 15 min grace period (which makes up for the time they take to bring your bike). I absolutely recommend this plan. Unforgettable experience!

THIS IS THE WORST BIKE RENTAL. ITS REQUIRED RESERVATION. I CONTACT THEM BEFORE MY SIS GETS THERE.
but I haven't received any email and call from back. and my sis doesn't speak English and it was hard for her to get there alone.
And I explained HIM about the reservation issue on the phone.
First of all, my sister called me because she needed my interpreter, but they ignored it and kept telling her that she needed a reservation. When I complained about the reservation policy, a man suddenly came in and talked to me saying TALK TO GROUPON NOT HERE. We don't accept this. BYE~~! It was really the worst service. There are many other places, so don't use them...

Great bike. Accommodated my several reservation time changes. I called in advance and asked what time they would be closing that day(Monday) and they told me 8pm. However, when I arrived they said that was their weekend closing time and they would be closing at 6. Had a 3 hour groupon and arrived a little after 4pm, so did not get the whole time. That was OK, because 1. I paid so little for my groupon and even at a little less than 2 hours it was a great deal! and 2. the time we had was just the right amount to go slowly around the park while making a few stops. All in all a great time.
