What was the inspiration to start or run this business? My father was in the business and I worked with him when I was in high school and college.

What do you love most about your job? Helping people protect their health and home from insect/bugs.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? I had a VP of one of our commercial customers run up to me at an industry event and give be a hug and tell me how much better/easier Certified had made her life- her pest issues went away after we took over.
