Piloxing classes combine Pilates and boxing moves for a workout that burns calories while sculpting lean muscles and a strong core. TRX suspension training relies on students’ body weight to boost strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Classes meet on Tuesday at 8 p.m. and Friday at 9 a.m., though the gym plans to add more sessions to its schedule.
