What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Our most popular item by far is the slow smoked beef brisket. Slow smoked over chery and pecan wood to impart a slightly sweet flavor and just a hint of smoky goodness.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My Grandfather George Putnam was my original inspiration, he taught me a great deal about dealing with people, treating them fairly and providing a great service
What do you love most about your job?
Watching people absolutely enjoying what they are eating and appreciating the effort that was put into preparing their meal. Most meats at Champion Bar B Q & Steak House take a minimum of 8-14 hours to cook.
