Be sure to make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance! It's very busy on the weekends! I ordered this for my adult kids so they could try something new. The lesson was about 7 minutes long - which is all you need to figure out to to paddle board. They had a great time traveling around the island and never fell in the water, and this was their first time. They loved the relaxing atmosphere. It's a full body workout, especially on your arms and torso so be prepared for some fatigue after an hour of paddling. They had a great time!
Was new to Kayaking but very much enjoyed the time on the water, going at my own pace. There’s sea lions around and the harbor itself is very calm - great for a newbie like myself. The kayaks and life vests are sanitized between use, which is good to know. Thanks to Mike for his flexibility with my booking and last minute switch from SUP to kayak!
