The best money I have ever spent. I continue with their 20 minutes of intense training twice a week program. Would not miss it for the world? Best results and finally this aging body of mine has muscle memory and it is changing my life.

Had no idea what it was all about and a bit sceptical at first. I have trained hard all my life and now at 52 I feel I need to train even more to be in the shape I was ten years ago. This type of training allows me to add the strength training to my usual routine without too much extra time. I am stronger and better in all my other activities because of it! I recommend everyone give it a try and see!
