Our Brokerage has a unique mission of giving back to the community through charitable donations. Though our main focus is buying and selling homes, we are now offering a free staging consultation with every Limited Service Listing in the MLS. A great deal for sale by owner homes.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Lori Fowler founded the brokerage on the principle of giving back to those who are most in need. The concept is simple- Charitable Realty discounts 10% of their total commission on each purchase or sale of real property for clients to help fund their favorite 501(c)(3) organization.
What do you love most about your job?
We love giving to causes which strengthen our neighborhoods and the local economy elevates our great city. We love forming relationships with our customers and learning about our unique and diverse team of realtors.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
“It’s the little charities that need donations so badly and when they get them they are so overwhelmed, one time I took a check to the Center of Hope in Aledo. When I told them one of our clients chose them as their charity of choice. She just started crying.”
