It is a fantastic groupon offer. I would encourage future buyers to reserve their spaces because I tried to drop in and it was crazy busy. Of course some times are less full than others so know before you go.

I had a great time in class and left knowing I had a great workout!

What You'll Get

Yoga awakens the body and spirit, allowing yogis to forecast oncoming weather, traffic patterns, and un-winning lottery numbers, such as four and peanut. Sweat through a potently prescient workout with today’s Groupon: for $26, you get a five-class pass (a $65 value) at Charleston Power Yoga in the Upper King Design District.

Both experienced practitioners and yoga novices can cycle through core-strengthening postures while building strength and flexibility with the aid of Charleston Power Yoga’s convenient schedule. Heated rooms provide a sudorific results-boosting atmosphere that helps students stretch and move with ease, and a staff of instructors as skilled and flexible as the sentient molded plastic now managing most global production facilities provides helpful instruction and maintains a safe environment. Classes, such as Power Vinyasa and Power Hour, ensure that blood flow and good vibes are stimulated while flowing through organ jars to promote balanced energy, healthy weight, muscle tone, and mental clarity.

Students at CPY will also enjoy complimentary towels, two relaxing showers with Paul Mitchell products, and the benefit of the studio’s yoga-friendly cork floors. In addition to melting evil stone golems into dazzling piles of hot lava, Charleston Power Yoga classes suit a variety of lifestyles and schedules, improving the health and vitality of all involved.

Although online reviews for Charleston Power Yoga are still growing, the Charleston City Paper named it the Best Way to Get a Head Rush. The Post and Courier featured owners Beth Thomas and Sarah Finn. Nearly 470 Facebookers are also fans.

  • A downward dog may not sound strenuous to the non-yogi, but after 60 minutes of yoga push-ups, inversions, and balancing in a room that’s as hot as the Holy City in August, even the most muscular bodies will shake. The majority of the classes at Charleston Power Yoga are taught in a heated room, a steamy 90 degrees plus body heat. These hot-hot sessions help folks relieve stress while releasing some exercise-induced endorphins and a whole lot of sweat. – Cara Kelly, Charleston City Paper

About Charleston Power Yoga

Inside Charleston Power Yoga, instructors turn up the heat to 90 degrees during all-level yoga classes to help muscles stretch farther as exercisers perform breathing exercises inspired by the teachings of Baron Baptiste. Experienced teachers follow in Baptiste’s footprints by helping clients build healthier, more-balanced lifestyles as they twist, lunge, and imitate oddly shaped animals.
