This company is top notch! Great service from our first phone call all the way through the end of our rental. They spent time fitting the bikes to make sure all of us were comfortable and had the right bikes.

Could not have been a better experience! Scheduling and reservations were smooth, customer service/sales were awesome. Bikes were delivered right to our Inn and waiting for us when we checked in. Easy, no stress and the bikes were really nice, too! Will definitely use Chatham Hood Bikes again when we visit the Cape.

Great bike shop in downtown Chatham. They even delivered and picked up the bikes we rented. Jimmy was great. They were about to close, but went the extra mile and helped us out. Even saw him out at the beach the next day. On his bike while we were in ours! Definitely giving high recommendations!

Unfortunately, the Chatham bicycle trail without any cars is still about 15min. via riding your bike away. My kids slowed me down walking towards trail because I was concerned about safety riding on road. On our way back we just walked through Chatham downtown which was way much easier with the kids walking on sidewalks pushing their bikes. Bicycles were O.K. - owner was not so happy about my Groupon but was still trying his best to get us a good fit for bikes.
