About Chato Liga Hypnotherapy
Hi my name is Chato Liga and I’m a hypnotherapist and success coach. I worked in sales and finance for over ten years and in that time learned from some of the best minds on how to succeed in business but also in life. After ten years of working in finance I decided I needed a new direction in my life and career. That’s when I started consulting people in habit control, confidence building, and business.
in this time period I had a lot of loss in my family and it took its toll. I was walking one day and almost past out from heart palpitations, finding myself in the hospital getting tested was one of the most scariest moments in my life. I was told I was physically healthy and was recommended a therapist. After that I was diagnosed with severe chronic anxiety and depression.
long story short I found techniques that helped me get out of this dark time in my life. I then found hypnotherapy at a college named HMI. After my instructor put me under hypnosis and I awoke feeling better and stronger than ever before I knew this was the path for me. I decided to become a hypnotherapist so I could go on to help others find their way and overcome their struggles.
