Class: I have taken classes labeled "intro" in the past, most of which left me disappointed because they were so elementary they were boring. This class however is anything but boring or basic, it's exhilarating. You won't just swing around on the silks or trapeze you will be on top, be upside down, be sideways, do tricks, etc... and surprisingly get a great workout because you will use muscles you haven't used in awhile or use them in new and unexpected ways.
Instructors: Jen & Daniel are welcoming, friendly, and amazing! They help you through the movements with clear instructions, demonstrations, and hands on assistance if needed/wanted.
Funny fact ... directions of any kind become very complicated upside down.
I will definitely be going back for more classes, hopefully with as many friends/family I can get to share this experience with me.
Our instructor was knowledgeable and encouraging. She gave such good instructions I was able to do things I would have never dreamed I could. The practice area is open and the mats are extremely thick. I was never concerned about my safety.
My son, his girlfriend & my daughter went.
All three are dancers, but only his girlfriend was a natural. However the teacher met them each at their level & they all thoroughly enjoyed it. They got a broad range of techniques including trapeze, single silk,& hammock.
The atmosphere was great everyone there was very supportive and everyone had a great time.

About Chattanooga Aerials
In recent years, Jen Keehn has spent a lot of time with her feet off the ground. Ms. Keehn, who serves as director of Chattanooga Aerials, began training in aerial dance in 2009. Nowadays, she and her fellow instructors teach men and women to master aerial equipment and dance. Some classes also incorporate elements of yoga, and all incorporate elements of groove.
