Cheer Body founder Brigitte Grenier was a dancer at age 5, a dance teacher at 15, a certified fitness instructor at 16, and a kinesiologist soon after. Then, she served as the dance captain of the Toronto Argonauts cheerleaders, inspiring enthusiasm in stadiums full of fans. In designing the Cheer Body workout, Brigitte has incorporated her wide breadth of professional experience into a set of classes that get attendees energized and confident. Drawing from dance moves and, of course, cheerleading techniques, classes focus on core strength and having fun. Students are left with toned bodies, more flexible limbs, and the ability to back-flip over stuck train turnstiles.
