Part gourmet shop and part European-style bistro, Cheese Culture indulges patrons with artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, wines, and craft beers. The display cases feature over 90 cheeses by domestic and international producers, according to the Sun Sentinel. Additionally, Cheese Culture offers a diverse wine list that includes everything from bold Argentine malbecs to a crisp French white.
Professional Pairing Assistance
The experience typically starts with diners' drink orders. Once groups decide on their wines or microbrews, the staff custom-design cheese plates that will complement the flavors. Each plate also includes fresh and dried fruits, nuts, and honey. Alternatively, individuals can savor cheeses shaved or melted onto one of the menu's gourmet sandwiches or salads.
Build Your Knowledge
Eschewing staid lectures, Cheese Culture firmly believes in getting the taste buds involved in the learning process. It regularly hosts classes and tastings intended to further students' understanding of artisanal food and wine. Events even include blind tastings that allow attendees to test their newfound knowledge.
