Produced by Amber Digiovanni, a night of live music and dancing on New Year’s Eve takes place from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the Tiffany Ballroom in the Kansas City Masonic Temple. The performance features local duo Victor & Penny, accompanied by the Loose Change Orchestra, with James Isaac on clarinet and Rick Willoughby on bass. The evening includes dance demonstrations, a vintage costume contest, and a cash bar.

About Chef Amber Digiovanni
Over the last decade, Amber Digiovanni has managed to rack up a long list of accomplishments, from radio talk show host to children's book author. As a Chef, Amber was a regular feature on the local ABC Affiliate KQ2's “Hometown This Morning” program with a culinary segment for two years. She has a dance and theater background of 20 years, dancing professionally as a Middle Eastern Belly Dancer, Polynesian Dancer, and Fandancer. Now Amber is starring in a show portraying the Hollywood star and the woman who could do everything Fred Astaire could.... but backwards and in high heels: Ginger Rogers.
