As a Chef, Amber was a regular feature on the local ABC Affiliate KQ2's “Hometown This Morning” program with a culinary segment for two years. She has a dance and theater background of 20 years, dancing professionally as a Middle Eastern Belly Dancer, Polynesian Dancer, and Fandancer. Now Amber is starring in a show portraying the Hollywood star and the woman who could do everything Fred Astaire could.... but backwards and in high heels: Ginger Rogers.
