During the event, guests can come into the kitchen to chat with Chef Brian and watch him cook. He’ll dish out culinary tips as he hand batters pieces of chicken and fries them to a golden crisp, then nestles them atop toasted hawaiian sweet rolls slathered with paprika mayo. His recommended side-dish options include creamy mac ‘n’ cheese, mashed yams, cheddar cheese grits, and southern-fried corn.
