Characterized as "a hidden gem" by its fans, this East Coast–inspired eatery in East Harlem is equal parts steak and seafood. The new york shell steak showcases a 5-ounce Angus filet fire-grilled in the chef's own marinade; littleneck clams in an oregano scampi are paired with tomato toast points. The locavore dishes deliciously balance the international wine list, which features varietals from Portugal, Germany, and Chile.
