Chef Koochooloo's international educational program blends humanity's oldest means of socialization—cooking and eating together—with its most modern lessons. Teachers lead classes framed around recipes from a specific country or culture; as they prepare the food, kids learn about cooking-related math and science skills and social-responsibility issues. Additionally, the lessons provide children with healthy cooking techniques to use over and over again at home with their families.
