Chef of India
The original Chef of India opened its doors in 2004, and its popularity led to a second location that's also dedicated to serving a pan-regional assortment of classic Indian cuisine. Culinary tradition runs deep in the kitchen, as evidenced by the clay tandoor ovens that cook everything from flatbreads to meat skewers. The menu also features iconic dishes such as chicken vindaloo in a spicy and sour gravy, jumbo shrimp in a coconut curry sauce, and a number of vegetarian options featuring everything from homemade cheese to lentils cooked in fragrant herbs and spices.
