Everything was exactly as described. I definitely recommend adding the frozen berries to the plain ultra shake mix. Also, add lots of spices to the soups.

I loved the Chef V cleanse so much so I did the 21 day detox! I didn’t weigh myself but let me tell you I fit in my clothes so much better, I feel great and my sister was shocked when she saw me. The green juice is so good!!!
